One of my favorite suburbs of St. Petersburg is Vyborg - the only old European city in Russia. Built by Swedish ( Torkel [Tor gils] Knutsson ) in XIII century, the castle was a border fortress, tradeful city, cultural center, belonging to Sweden, Russia, Finland and USSR at last. Two hours by train from Finliandsky station and you are in another architectural environment, quite different from the Northern Russian Empire. Probably, it's not a new sight to Europeans, but very special to Russians. I made a lot of shots of Vyborg in various times. But I don't suppose them the best pictures among others made by other photographers. So, I have no reasons to publicate them and increase the entropy of the World.
